Nina has been in the residential real estate industry for over 25 years working with several of the country’s top new home builders known for her work ethic and common-sense, no-nonsense approach to everything
that she does. In addition to being the Broker/Owner for Chateau Realty, Nina is also the founder and principal consultant of Chateau Consulting Services, a boutique consulting firm focusing on residential construction
purchasing for several notable home builders around the valley.

After graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Nina transitioned her goal of becoming a CPA to being a residential construction professional focusing on all
aspects of building the homes that she would eventually sell.

This background allows Nina to provide quality and robust service to her clients, and her true belief that “there is no place like home” and because of that, everyone deserves to have the home of their dreams.

Nina is committed to helping as many people as possible achieve that dream. This is what drives her to work hard for her clients every day. As a full-service real estate professional, Nina works with buyers, sellers, developers, and investors in real estate transactions spanning all price
